Cancellation requests for West Coast Symposium must be received in writing by completing this form or postmarked by March 28, 2026. Upon receipt of a compliant cancellation notice, a refund will be issued, less a cancellation fee of $150.00 (or the full registration amount, whichever is less).
Registrants wishing to cancel may instead transfer their registration to another individual without penalty as long as a written request for registration transferal, including the replacement individual's name and/or contact information, is sent by May 27, 2026.
Cancellations received after March 28, 2026, will not be refunded. If you do not cancel in advance, no refund will be issued once the event has concluded, regardless of your participation in the event or lack thereof.
